Grits meets Japanese

Do you like "Grits"?
This is from South, a lots of southern people love it include former president Bill Clinton too.

A grits makes by corn.

When I ate a grits, my feel was like " I Know this taste " but it was my first time. It's like........."OKAYU" that means a rice porridge. Actually a grits use a butter or a cheese when you make it but an OKAYU never use some butter or cheese.

My BoyFriend makes a grits better than me so that's why I don't need to make it.

We have a grits onec a week at least but unfortunally sometimes I give up to eat it. At that time I use a Japanese powder for a rice, we call "FURIKAKE" it is great much with a grits.

Can you imagine?
Grits meets Japanese.

If you have a chance to eat a grits, why don't you try it?
I know, you'll like it!
