I am watching the MLB World Series game3 on TV from 8:00pm that is the easten time. It is 1:30 in the morning but still they are playing!
It is 13th top innings now.

I decide.
I am going to bed.
I give up to watch the game!

It is good game but too long! (and they are Not the New York team that's way I can go to bed.)

I wonder, can they, who is in studiam now, go to work tomorrow????

When I was in Tokyo Japan, sometime, maybe once a month or more than less I had a Hot chocolate at cafe. But I was not a crazy lover at that time, however, I AM now.

Let me tell you where is the Best place which has a great Hot chocolate in NYC. I don't want to tell you guys but alrady they are famouse in the world, I know that! Dammmme!

That shop name is Jacques Torres Chocolate at Brooklyn. They have amazing two kind of HOT CHOCOLATE, one is, yes, that name is classic. Ok, that was Nomal, nothing happen, you know. But the other one is.......Oh my GOD! is good.

That name is WICKED.

You know, if you are from English speaker, you undrestand HOW THEY PLAY WITH US, don't you think so?

That hot chocolate has spicy tast.
No, I'm not kidding, they said and I've tried it.
Yes, it had spicy tast and..........I LOVE it! That is a great!!!

Sneakers on the tree, somewhere, anywhere in Harlem

When I looked up at sky, I saw a pair of sneakers on the tree.

A pair of sneakers on the tree????

Why that sneakers are there, by whom?


My boyfriend was born and grew up in Harlem. Yes, he is Harlemite.
So that's why I asked him why some sneakers are there. What dose it means?

He said.......

1)Die of someone's friend who is really a great friend with someone.
2)I bought a new sneaker that's why I don't need old sneaker.

However why someone throw old sneaker away on the tree?
It means,

I bought new pair of sneakeres.
means,
I have a money.
means,
I made some money by drugs......measn sold drugs.

When I was listined about that by him, I had a no idea what did I comment about it. I know, I mean, I understood Harlem is NOT my country and there are still a lot of drug dealers but I really don't know what dose it mean.

The drug is close to them.
Maybe this is a normal things to them.

It is said that African-American Food.
Mostly food is soooooo greasy and has strong taste but so delicious.
I love that!

Which one is my favorite?
That is.......Collared Greens, YES.
My dictionary said callared Greens is Kale but not.

When I ate Collared greens first time I really felt in love, no I am not kidding.

Once I've made greens with smork pork neck, I added some soy sauce in that, because I am Japanese and it was so nice. Only for me? maybe.

Hey, I am Harlemite!

When I worked at Xukuma, it was on Friday a month ago.
At that time, there were no customer in the shop and I needed some freash air.
How can I stay at shop 7-hours by myself?

Took my degital camera and I snapped some building that is in front of Xukuma.

"Hey miss! Why do not you take my picture!"
One old black guy called me and, Yes, I took his picture.

"Tell everybody, I am Harlemite!"

What a Gorgeous day!

Today was soooooo beautiful day in NYC.
It was not cold, no rain(Yes!) and no windy.

We've got a lot of rain since last friday I guess but today is not! It was warm, I've got some sweat.

That is why NYC was pretty busy today.
I saw a bunch of people anywhere include in Harlem.

Everybody has a smile. I like that.

I am tired to see rain. That is enough.
But it means like.......Are we going to get a lot of snow? Same as last two-seasons?

I work at Xukuma every on friday at 119th & 120th on Lenox Avenue, from 12:00 to 19:00.

We sell some original T-shirt and something eles.
It is soooo cool place and fu place too.

Wait minuit, Yes, I am Japanese but the store owner is NOT Japanese who is Japamican, black lady.

When I work at Xukuma, a lots of black sistah ask me Are You an Orner?

Do you know why what dose it means?

Someone has a lot of jealousy to somebody who is NOT black people. Or someone seems like so happy when see with us.


I do now want to say about their(black peoples) background.
How can I understand their situation, their History in this country?

Some sistaha attck to us toooo much and also some sistah treat tooooooo great to us too.

I met Mr. Spike Lee

I went to Mr. Spike Lee event at HUE-MAN book store cafe.

When I saw him, one question came from my inside.

I think he is crazy New York Knicks(NBA) fan, actually this things is a well-known in the world, right???
And also he likes New York Yankees but not like NYK.

But today he took New York Mets Cap!

"No, no NO, This is NOT Mets, this isNew York Giants that team moved to San Francisco."
Mr. Spike Lee said to me.

He always respect New York Sport.
And I like baseball and basketball too.
I undarstand just little bit about New York Sport and Black players.

Mr. Spike Lee made something special stuff when he makes new film for staff. At this time, he makes "The Inside Man" and that Cap as for that staff. It means we can not take it.

"Well, why do not you ask Spike?"
When I asked a camera people who takes the cap same as Spile Lee.

HOW CAN I ASK HIM?
CAN I SAY LIKE "I WANT YOUR CAP!"

Still rainy outside in Harlem not only in Harlem in NYC.
How ling have it been raining day? since WHEN?
It seems like same as my countory in Japan on June.

Today I have an event at book store in 124th on 8th Ave.
The great black film director will come who's name is Spike Lee!

Do you like his movie?
Yes I do! Why not?
But I have not seen his newest movie 'couse..........

Well, well, well, let me see........

Anyway, I will try to go at book store but I HAVE to BUY his book that cost is around 25.00dollers.
However I think it is fine to me because I need read the ENGLISH BOOK it will help my english skill I think.
